With over 14 years of experience in workplace strategy, design, and change management, Christopher LaPata is a Sr. Manager, Workplace Strategy at Charter Communications, one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States. He holds a Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) credential from CoreNet Global, the world’s leading association for corporate real estate and workplace professionals. He is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.

As a Workplace Strategist and Consultant, LaPata collaborates with the internal Corporate Services team and Business Unit leaders to align the work environment and work practices with organizational business goals and objectives. He leverages his expertise in design thinking, innovation, collaboration, and technology integration to deliver exceptional client experiences and outcomes. He has worked with major corporate clients such as Lenovo, Time Warner Cable, Duke Energy, Abbott Labs, Compass Group, and others. He is an active member of the CoreNet Global Finance Committee and the board of directors of CoreNet Global, Carolinas Chapter, ACMP Carolinas Chapter, and the NJCAA Foundation. He is also a Luminary Award recipient for excellence in speaking at the CoreNet Global North America Summit in 2018 and member of the CoreNet Global MCR Faculty.

LaPata currently serves on the NJCAA Foundation Board as the Chair of the Community Engagement Committee.
