NJCAA Convention Scholarship Program
The NJCAA Foundation is proud to announce that it will again sponsor a scholarship program for the the 2026 NJCAA Convention presented by Nufabrx, slated to be held in Kansas City, MO, on April 13-17. The NJCAA Foundation will award six $750 scholarships across different areas of interest. Scholarships may be used for travel, lodging, entry and registration fees. Scholarship recipients will be required to provide documentation of travel and lodging expenses.
The Aspiring Leaders Scholarship - The Aspiring Leaders Program is targeted to NJCAA members seeking general knowledge of the NJCAA in addition to getting more involved in the governance structure. In order to complete the Aspiring Leaders certification, participants will be required to attend designated sessions of Convention with targeted Professional Development sessions throughout the week as well. To be eligible for this scholarship, the recipient must be on staff at a NJCAA member institution, and must enroll and commit to completing the Aspiring Leaders Program during Convention week.
First Time Attendee Scholarship - The First Time Attendee Scholarship is designed for those attending their very first NJCAA Convention. To be eligible for this scholarship, the recipient must be on staff at a NJCAA member institution, and must be a verified first-time attendee of the NJCAA Convention.
KCMO Scholarship - The KCMO Scholarship will be awarded to a recipient who is on staff at an NJCAA institution in the states of Kansas (Region 6) or Missouri (Region 16).
