Bio

Alex Delpleche is an accomplished leader with expertise in talent management, regulatory compliance, and strategic integration. He is currently the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at FNZ Securities.

Previously, he was a Managing Director with State Street Corporation. In his tenure at State Street, Alex held pivotal roles such as Global AML Lead for State Street Global Exchange and Vice President of Regulatory Compliance for State Street Global Markets, LLC. His impactful contributions include leading the strategic integration of FinTech company Charles River Development into State Street.

Beyond his corporate roles, Alex is a serial entrepreneur, bringing his expertise to diverse ventures. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Tenacity, a Boston-based non-profit empowering less advantaged urban youth. Alex holds an MBA from Babson College, Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he majored in sports marketing.

With a diverse skill set and proven leadership abilities, Alex is a trusted leader dedicated to driving positive change in the industry. 

Fun fact: Before attending the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, he spent his first semester of college playing basketball at a Junior College.
