Bio

Alena Jasinski is currently the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service for the Charlotte Hornets.  She comes to us with an impressive background in sports sales and leadership, most recently serving as Director of Ticket Sales for the Miami Dolphins. During her tenure with the Dolphins, she played an instrumental role in surpassing sales budgets for four consecutive years (2021-2024), leading initiatives that resulted in record-breaking revenue and enhanced customer experiences. Alena's expertise spans across Memberships, Groups, Luxury Sales, and she has proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Her leadership style focuses on building strong, results-driven cultures. At the Dolphins, she successfully led teams focused on Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Miami, and the Miami Open, among other key events. Alena’s ability to drive growth and her deep knowledge of sales tools and processes, including CRM systems and PowerBI, will be invaluable to our continued success.

In her new role, Alena will collaborate on the strategy and execution of our ticket sales initiatives, with a focus on inside, membership and group sales as well as membership services. Her leadership will ensure alignment with our broader organizational goals and will play a key role in continuing to enhance the customer journey and drive sales revenue.

Alena has also been deeply committed to team development, spearheading mentorship programs, leadership initiatives, and diversity efforts, making her a great addition to our leadership team. We are excited for the fresh perspective and strategic insights she will bring to HSE.

Originally from Connecticut, Alena completed her undergraduate degree at Nichols College where she played basketball.  From there she ventured over to Minnesota to complete her Master of Education at the University of Minnesota.  Alena resides in Dillworth with her boyfriend Greg!  In her free time, she enjoys golfing, yoga, playing basketball, pickleball and any other activity she can be competitive in.  When she’s not enjoying some time outdoors, you will most likely find her with a dessert or sweet in hand!
