Brian Rozelle is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience at large financial institutions. He is currently at Truist Financial Corporation which is a purpose-driven financial services company committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. Truist is a top-10 commercial bank with total assets of $520 billion. Brian serves as Truist’s Senior Governance and Controls Officer for the Finance organization.
Prior to joining Truist in 2024, Brian spent 9 years at State Street where he served as the Global Head of Asset Liability Management. In that role he was responsible for developing and executing the bank’s balance sheet strategy and managing its interest rate risk profile. Prior to State Street, Brian spent 15 years at Bank of America in different leadership roles spanning Finance, Treasury and Risk Management. He began his career with a large public accounting firm with a focus on audit, assurance, and consulting engagements. Brian is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a masters in Accounting.
Brian lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Rachel and their two children, Kenzie and Carter. He was an inaugural member of the NJCAA Foundation Board and became its chair in 2023. Brian is a past recipient of the NJCAA Foundation's Difference Maker Award.
